Phd field instructor to teach Primate Behavior and Ecology

Faculty to teach Advanced Primate Behavior and Ecology or, Primate Behavior and Ecology, Primate Biology, or Primate Behavior Conservation field oriented classes:
at Ometepe Biological Field Station, Ometepe Island Nicaragua
*Field Station also aavailable for university groups and semester abroad courses

Working in the field is demanding and staff will work closely with college age students on a daily basis. We are looking for people who are good natured and can get along with all kinds of personalities and age groups, physically fit, mentally self-reliant and highly responsible. S/he should have PHD degree (preferably Anthropology). Candidates with previous field experience and New World primate field experience are preferred (Cebus capucinus, Alouatta palliata, and Ateles geoffroyi .

Qualifications/Experience:
Anthropologist/professional/Ph.D.

Varies depending on class size.
Recruitment efforts needed for a full class, emailing and presentations to students.

Support provided for internship/volunteer positions (travel, meals, lodging):
Support provided travel, meals, lodging, and teaching assistants (depending on class size)

We sponsor personal research projects by providing (post class) one month use of research facility (free of charge, room and meals):
