P.A./ Admin and Volunteer co ordinator

International Primate Rescue

We are looking for an enthusiastic, determined and dedicated person to join us here at International Primate Rescue in the role of P.A./ Admin and Short Term Volunteer co-ordinator. This is a voluntary position for the minimum of 12 months.
Your daily tasks would include:-
• All general office duties
• Volunteer recruitment and advertising
• Research
• Assisting the General Manager
• Co –coordinating the short term volunteers
• All long term volunteers are required to do morning feeds and evening bowl collection (on a rota basis)

Ideally you would have experience in marketing as well as experience in working in an office environment.
Although this role doesn’t include caring for the primates you would have plenty of time to get to know all of them, the admin office has a window into a capuchin enclosure so all day you will have capuchins visiting you.

No qualifications needed. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated volunteer with a love for animals.

Volunteer position: accommodation and small food allowance provided.

Term of Appointment:
1 year with 1 month probabtionary period and 5 weeks holiday
