Position Description:
The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Department of Pathology, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is seeking a primate behaviorist for the Division of Comparative Medicine. Faculty appointment will be at the Assistant or Associate Professor (depending upon qualifications) level in the Department of Pathology. The University of Oklahoma is an equal opportunity institution. Qualifications/Experience:
The individual must possess a Ph.D. in primate behavior from an accredited university. In, addition the individual must have at least five years’ experience conducting primate behavioral studies and supervising an environmental enrichment program for primates. Appropriate scientific publication in primate behavior is required. Experience in developing and writing National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant proposals is highly desirable.
