Position Description:
The ICP-Institut Català de Paleontologia is a research centre of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), devoted to the research in Vertebrate and Human Paleontology at the highest international level.

ICP (Paleoprimatology and Human Paleontology Department)is currently offering pre-doctoral contracts to well-qualified candidates who wish to do their thesis in the following area.

Subject: Study of bone histology in large mammals of the Mediterranean islands

Qualifications/Experience:
No restrictions of citizenship apply to the ICP pre-doctoral contracts.

Ph. D- graduate biological/ geological sciences with knowledge in mammalian paleontology. Technical and methodological experience is appreciated.

Candidates are requested to submit:
• A presentation letter with declaration of interests,
• A Curriculum Vitae, including a full address, a contact phone number, an e-mail address
and a copy of the passport,
• A certified copy of their average academic marks.
• The e-mail contact of three potential referees.

Salary/funding:
The contracts are offered for periods of one year, renewable for a total of three years.
