Jane Goodall Institute Switzerland (Established 2004)

Mission: The Jane Goodall Institute Switzerland supports wildlife research, conservation and education, with a particular focus on chimpanzees. The Swiss office concentrates on assisting the Tchimpounga Sanctuary in Congo (Brazzaville) and the Ngamba Sanctuary in Entebbe, Uganda. Principal Research Programs: We campaign for chimpanzee and other ape and primate conservation both in Switzerland and internationally. One of our major fundraising initiatives is a chimpanzee guardian programme.
