Repo-Pac Inc. is incorporated in the state of Delaware and has its corporate offices in the state of Texas. Repo-Pac Inc. has been granted a Certificate of Authority by the Secretary of the state of Texas to conduct business in Texas. It is legally able to conduct its business in any state. Simply Simian and Repo-Pac are sister corporations, Repo-pac does the political work with legislators and members while Simply Simian works with membership educating, furnishing information and promoting socialization and unity among Private Primate Owners. Our mission is to unite Private Primate Owners into a cohesive group that can rely on each other for assistance in any matter without fear of accusations, finger pointing and character assignation . Any member found to be actively using this membership for discrediting any other member will be removed from the membership without refund or recourse. Plans are in the works for a wonderful site with the main attraction being a camping area where primate owners may come, meet, socialize with other primate owners without the worries of where to stay that allows primates. Our meeting rooms will accomodate private meetings, social gatherings, political gatherings and our board meetings. Simply Simian is not a non profit organization and is not bound by those (501-C-3) rulings. We can and will keep our membership roster private. It will be used only for contacting the member with updated information, membership packages and news letters from the organization. Committees will be formed in each state with a membership to promote responsible ownership and guidance with care and caging for primates as new information is found. In the future we hope to have Chapters of Simply Simian in every state actively working for the good of all. Semi Annual meetings or Simian Seminars will be held at our camp grounds for all members. At these meetings we will formulate future projects, show results from past projects and programs and just plain have fun. These Seminars will feature guest speakers, games, contests and lots of excellent food. Costs will have to be published at a time when all factors have been researched. Costs will be kept to a minimum in order to afford these seminars to everyone. We realize many of the members are on a fixed income and will do our best to accomodate these people with senior discounts and other perks. Campers, RV's and Tenting is available as will be a few cabins for rental use. Announcements will be forthcoming as to dates and location. Our Mission is very simple, motivate primate owners to be more united, promote responsible care, educate the public about primate ownership in a good light, help write bills which are fair and reasonable regarding primate ownership and above all to enjoy our lives with monkeys and share our interests with others in a cheerful and wholesome manner which is beneficial to all.
