Mission: API's mission is to advocate for the protection of animals from cruelty and exploitation. Principal Research Programs: The mission of API's Primate Sanctuary is to provide a safe, free-range refuge for displaced primates -- where they can live out the remainder of their lives free from cruelty and exploitation.
