Mission: As a Center of Excellence for Chimpanzee Health Care, it is the mission of the Alamogordo Primate Facility to continue to improve the Quality of Life for captive chimpanzee by advancing the standards of health care. To that end the APF will maintain it's NIH-owned chimpanzees in the best possible conditions.

Training Opportunities: Externships and Postgraduate Primate Residency

Financial Aid: Externs are paid a stipend. Resident is paid as full time staff member.
