Mission: IGCP's overall goal is to ensure the survival and long-term conservation of mountain gorillas and afro-montaine and medium altitude forest habitats in Rwanda, Uganda, and Democratic Republic of Congo.

Working with UWA to establish a sound ecotourism program and develop benefit sharing program with park and adjacent communities; community business ventures compatible with conservation objectives; transboundary collaboration.Contact Helga Rainer; Virunga National Park, Democratic Republic of Congo.
